The game of golf is an unforgiving one, as any sand bunker
shot can teach you in a hurry. Even the masters of the game make the smallest
of mistakes which can spell the difference between a top-10 finish and absolute
disaster. In the spirit of the great challenge of a good round of golf, we’ve
come up with three of the most challenging holes on the planet.

19th at Entabeni Safari Reserve: This South
African course boasts a whole of epic proportions. Accessed only by helicopter,
the ball drops 400 meters from the tee to the green.
16th at Cypress Point Club: Located at one of
the most beautiful beaches in the world, this treacherous hole necessitates a
230-yard carry over the Pacific Ocean.
17th at TPC Sawgrass: This legendary hole,
surrounded by water, has proven one of the most difficult challenges in all of
golf.
